Frequently asked questions

A station isn't playing — what should I do?

Radio stations are streamed from servers owned by the broadcasters. Sometimes these servers go offline, change URL, or restrict access by country. Try another station to confirm your connection works. If a specific station has been broken for several days, please report it and we'll update or remove it.

Why does the app need internet access?

All stations are streamed live over the internet — none of the audio is stored locally. We recommend a Wi-Fi connection for the best quality, though cellular works fine for most stations.

How do I save a station to favorites?

Tap the heart icon next to any station, or open the now playing screen and tap the heart at the top. Your favorites appear in the Favorites tab and sync across the app instantly.

Why are some stations missing album art or song info?

Album artwork and now-playing metadata are provided by the radio broadcaster. Not all stations transmit this data, and some only send the song title without artist info. We do our best to fetch artwork automatically when enough info is available.

Does the app work in the background?

Yes. You can lock your screen, switch apps, or put your phone in your pocket — the station keeps playing. Use the lock screen or Control Center to pause and resume.

Does it support CarPlay?

Yes. Connect your iPhone to your CarPlay-compatible vehicle and the app will appear automatically. Browse favorites, recents and stations directly from your car display.

How do I suggest a new station?

Send the station name, country and stream URL (if you have it) to office@docsprinting.ro. We'll review and add it in a future update.

Why am I seeing ads?

The app is free, and ads help cover the cost of running it. We keep ads non-intrusive and never interrupt audio playback. Ads do not track your listening habits.

I'm seeing lyrics for the wrong song. Why?

Lyrics are matched automatically using the title and artist data broadcast by the station. If the broadcaster sends incorrect or outdated metadata, the lyrics will reflect that. This is rare but unavoidable when it happens.

Will my favorites sync between devices?

Favorites are currently stored locally on each device. iCloud sync is on our roadmap for a future update.

How do I delete my data?

The app stores favorites and recents only on your device. To remove all data, simply delete the app — everything goes with it. We do not store any personal data on our servers.
